Yes Mr Gibbs: Lower Court Rulings! This is another nail in the per-verbal Coffin of this administration. They have an inability to follow the Law and this demonstrates their blatant disregard for the Law it's self! They just keep giving Mr. Isa thing to do! This to me should be taken up by the Judicial Committee forthwith and Stop Obama-care in it's tracks. It is also another step toward Impeachment of this White House~!!!
I wonder what he is going to do when the SCOTUS rules it Unconstitutional~???
