Virginia Attorney General Urges Supreme Court to Hear Health Law Challenge

This statement by the Justice Department is their argument for the SCOTUS not to hear this case!

"The department continues to believe this case should follow the ordinary course of allowing the court of appeals to hear it first so the issues and arguments concerning the Affordable Care Act can be fully developed before the Supreme Court decides whether to consider it,"  
If this administration and the Democratic Party hadn't prostituted the process, had allowed bipartisan debate, not made bribes and circumvented the Constitution the SCOTUS wouldn't have been put in this situation to begin with. This whole fiasco is costing the states millions of dollars to implement a Law that may be deemed Null and Void. Mr President are you trying to Bankrupt this country~???
