They absolutely should be De-funded and should be introduced to free enterprise. In addition Planed Parenthood should be De-funded. It is part of or in bed with NOW National Organization for Women. NOW is another Left Wing Organization that we taxpayers fund and there's NEA National Endowment for the Arts. This list goes on and on. It is a good start to Balancing the Budget~!!!
