EDITORIAL: Nissan's 99 MPG smugmobile
It is impossible to compare a total electric car to a petroleum based vehicle unless you equate how much electricity a gallon of gas will produce and equate that to how much these electric cars consume in one mile. I guess that is too complicated for a Bureaucrat~!!!
