Yes this POS POYUS wants something else to spend our money on. Like he cares about the children. This will further enhance the Teachers Unions and cost us billions. Fix what we've got!
If we don't get these thug Unions out of Education and the Federal Government we will be throwing good money after bad. We do not need any more bills that require spending. We spend more per pupal than any other Country in the World and we are ranked 24th. Send them all to private school. We need to resend all the bills from the last two years.
