I think it is about time that the African continent which possess some of the worlds most abundant resources should stop the corruption.
However Mr. Obama is not the one to explain it to them. He needs to clean up his own house. This has got to be the most corrupt, two faced administration this nation has ever experienced. I think once he is out of Office if he is not elected "President for life" he will be prosecuted for the many US laws he has already broken as well as the Constitutional infractions his administration has committed. If it is proven he is not a US Citizen he should be convicted and sentenced to jail time and any party to this fraud should be punished as well.

You are so right this man cannot handle the corruption in his on administration so how can he take care of Africa's problem. He has proven that his administration is more corrupt and he is just as guilty.
